Local Cosmetic Businesses Suceed Through E-Commerce

A table from Taobao shows, that on a list of the top e-commerce cosmetic suppliers, rank five and six are taken by local Chinese brands Carslan and Yangsang, which weren't doing so well offline. They even rank before brands like Maybelline, EsteeLauder or Max factor. This probably is the case, because the local brands can reach a way greater audience on Tmall than offline.
